Compounded using the finest natural botanicals, these bitters are now sought after by bartenders around the globe to be used in a number of classic cocktails and original libations such as the Rum Punch à la Mim, created by Adam Elmegirab in 2012; 75ml Diplomatico Anejo rum 25ml Smith & Cross rum 50ml Chilled green tea 30ml Housemade lemon sherbet 25ml Fresh pressed pineapple juice 6 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Teapot Bitters Topped with soda water Pour all ingredients into a small teapot and fill with cracked ice.
